2008 TEAM DARIEN--Help Us Support Cancer Survivors Again This Year!
Thank you for visiting the TEAM DARIEN site, considering a donation to this very worthy cause and/or joining our TEAM . We are riding in honor and support of the thousands of CT cancer survivors and their families, training hard to ride various distances in the CTC and raising money to make a difference in so many cancer survivors lives!
TEAM DARIEN will raise important funds that help cancer survivors improve their chances of long-term, healthy survival, as they learn to understand and manage the side effects of their powerful cancer treatments. We are all excited and proud to help the Connecticut Challenge as it funds survivorship programs across CT for adults and children, including the state’s only Cancer Survivorship Clinics at the Yale Cancer Center, and other programs at Stamford and St. Vincent’s Hospitals, that all help CT’s 120,000 cancer survivors have easy access to the special care they badly need. The challenges TEAM DARIEN may experience on ride day are nothing compared to what cancer survivors are dealing with every day. We appreciate all of your support in getting us to our goal and helping make the Connecticut Challenge network of cancer survivorship programs thriving resources in our community!
